Shipping Policy

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat fee for shipping, which will be calculated and shown at checkout. Your shipping fee covers all packaging and postage costs.

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. Most orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather, and carrier delays.

 

  • Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • Returns: We accept returns for non-customized items only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) at your own expense within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition.  Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

  • Return Process:  Pack the item securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on customized orders. If you wish to exchange an item (non customized), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  • Customized Items: Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items that have been personalized or made to your specifications.

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bayownsvendormarket@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
